NEED SOME IMMEDIATE SALES? TRY THIS SIMPLE METHOD!!

I am one of those guys who likes simple. Why?

  1. Simple is easy
  2. Simple is inexpensive
  3. Simple can be given to your employees to take advantage of.

Here's an idean I got from Tim Braheem at loantoolbox.com that I have used for some amazing success. Here's the drill to get your phone ringing!!  Each and every day I put two blank note cards on my desk. Every day it is my job to personally handwrite two note cards to someone. Often I just go through my database and send a card to one of my past clients in an effort to nurture that relationship.

These note cards, are simple postcards that I have printed up. The reason for using handwritten note cards is to continue to communicate with people and develop deeper relationships. The inherent message is "friend" not "business." It takes about 30 seconds, and you can do this while you are on hold with a title company, underwriter or appraiser.

The result is compelling. Let's do the math: Two cards a day, every day equals ten cards each week. This adds up to 520 cards per year. 

Imagine what the results would be if you sent out 520 personalized note cards to the various people in your database over the course of 12 months. What kind of an impact would this have on the number of referrals you get in return? How much deeper would your relationships be with your existing client base?

You can create your own handwritten font.
Additionally, you can use handwritten note fonts very effectively. Visit http://www.vletter.com/ to learn more about creating your own handwritten font, which is an exact replica of your own handwriting. If you print your letters in blue ink on any standard inkjet printer, you will be amazed as to how authentic this looks and how effective it can be at adding a very personal touch to your marketing materials with great efficiency.

Your welcome.  Trust me, the hand written note cards do so much for my business. Each of my loan officers is required to do 2 per day. It just continues to build the database & let's people know that we actually care because we do! It's very sad to say that one of the ways we differentiate ourselves is that we actually care about the well being of our clients. That shouldn't set us apart but with so many people out there to make a quick buck it is our everyday reality.
